with studio hyperspace, I explore alternative realities of an accelerating world and use speculative design as a tool to fuel dialogues about better worlds.
At the maastricht institute of arts, I lead a minor program in speculative design, introduce new theories and practices in art and design education, and research speculative design at what art knows.
pop culture is my first love, and I can’t stop writing about it. I curate STASIS, a newsletter about pop culture, and platform for speculative design + theory Sx.. also, I frequently write for the culture print magazine gonzo (circus).
